RETURN POLICY
All returns must be approved prior to sending any items back. Any return sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to the customer.

To request a return, please email us at Order@couturebyhourglass.shop with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if the return is approved and provide further instructions.
Items must be shipped within 2 business days of receiving return approval. Only eligible items will be accepted and store credit only will be issued — no refunds.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains (including makeup, deodorant, or wear), with all original tags attached. Include your full name, email, phone number, order number, and shipping address inside the return package.
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Order@couturebyhourglass.shop. Failure to report within this timeframe voids eligibility for store credit.
We do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory. Instead, follow the approved return process to receive store credit once your item is received and processed.
PROCESSING
Please allow 10–15 business days for return processing once your item is received. Store credit will be issued via email as a digital gift card.
Store credit covers the original item price and taxes (excluding shipping fees).
IMPORTANT: Keep your tracking number. Credit will only be issued for packages confirmed as delivered to our return address. No exceptions.
SHIPPING FEES & RESTOCKING
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address will incur a restocking fee and additional redelivery costs
FINAL SALE ITEMS – NO EXCEPTIONS
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items in the Sale category
- Accessories, bags, and clutches
- Swimwear and bodysuits
- Custom made Items

Our ship-to-store pickup option is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing, the customer agrees not to file chargebacks or disputes for items marked final sale or for unapproved returns. In-store pickup items not retrieved within 10 days become final sale. Items not picked up within 30 days are forfeited and no longer eligible for credit or refund.
