Return Policy – Couture by Hourglass
At Couture by Hourglass, each item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom made, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
- All custom orders (including personalized sizing, colors, or style requests) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Swimwear, bodysuits, underwear, and other intimate items are non-returnable for hygiene and sanitary reasons.
Processing Times
- Each product has specific processing times listed in its description. Many custom items require 5–14 business days to ship. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Ready-to-Ship Items
- Only ready-to-ship items are eligible for return.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains (including makeup or deodorant), with all original tags attached.
- Items must be free of odors, stains, or damage to qualify for return consideration.
- If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, the customer will be contacted regarding available options.
- Approved ready-to-ship returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact order@couturebyhourglass.shop.
- Include your name, email, order number, and reason for return.
- Approved returns will receive return instructions and the warehouse address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery so we can promptly assist.
- Requests submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for replacement or refund, but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
